Green Raisins tumbled in Milk chocolate
Kashmari raisins are long and slender raisins with a perfect chew and tartness like a fresh grape. Their beautiful golden green colour comes from drying them in the shade. More fruity and less sweet than their Sultana cousins.
We tumble these sunny gems in a mix of dark and milk chocolate made with cacao from our favourite farms and growing regions. The result is more-ish, think rich chocolate cake with spikes of fresh juicy grapes.
Piedmont Hazelnuts tumbled in Dark chocolate
The most beautiful hazelnuts of all are the Tonde Gentile delle Langhe (TGL) hazelnuts from the Piedmont region of Italy. The indigenous trees are protected, the rich land where they grow is a UNESCO heritage site and the birthplace of the Slowfood movement.
TGLs are sweet and delicate with a captivating hazelnut flavour. The Piedmont region is famous for their hazelnuts and… chocolate, cue the chocolatemakers. The hazelnuts are slow roasted then tumbled in our lovely dark chocolate blend made with cacao from our favourite farms and growing regions.

Candied Ginger tumbled in Dark chocolate
Ginger from Fiji is known for it's zingy peppery bite. Harvested from tender young roots, the ginger is bathed in a sugar syrup and dusted with sugar resulting in a soft and chewy candied ginger.
