Passion Fruit Preserve
Bring the taste of summer to your plate! Our Passion fruit Preserve is super fruity with a sharp tang. You can even leave the seeds in too for a bit of crunch.
Use it as a compote- it's absolutely fabulous with yoghurt or porridge. Yum!
Amalfi Lemon Marmalade
Fresh juicy Amalfi lemons are used to make this special marmalade: large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour. To make the marmalade, all the lemons are hand-sliced, then cooked slowly to soften.
Jalapeno Jam
Made by combining jalapeños with apple cider vinegar, creating a spicy sweet delight. The Jalapeño Jam is hot, but not too hot!
It's the perfect all round condiment. Many love it most with cheese, eggs, or on a burger.

The award winning Maravilla Raspberry Preserve uses British Maravilla raspberries to make this intensely delicious raspberry preserve. They are cooked in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their deliciously tart and fresh fruity flavour.
Pineapple Preserve
Made using fresh Golden Pineapples (they're large, juicy & sweet), this pineapple preserve is full of flavour. By taking fresh whole pineapples, chopping them in house, and immediately jam them. We had a touch of fresh lemon juice to help bring out the delicious pineapple flavour.
Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam
Made by combining Scotch Bonnet chillies with apple cider vinegar, sugar, and pectin. No other chillies or peppers are added- all the flavour comes from the Scotch Bonnet.
Seville Orange Marmalade
Made using the very best Seville Oranges, cut to a thin shred. This marmalade has a fresh bittersweet orange flavour! Perfect served with croissants, used to make sticky marmalade cake or glazed onto a ham joint.
